Barcelona star Anthony Gordon has this week revealed the identity of the player whom he has grown closest to on a personal level since taking his talents to Catalunya’s capital.
Winger Gordon of course swapped the Premier League for La Liga this past summer, in a big-money transfer from Newcastle United.
The Englishman has since taken to life in his new surroundings like a duck to water, already considered a key figure in Hansi Flick’s talent-packed frontline.
All told, across six league appearances for Barcelona to date, Gordon has racked up four direct goal contributions.
Ahead of departing for international duty with England this week, the 25-year-old, in turn, sat down for an interview with his new club’s official media channels.
During as much, Gordon was drawn on his settling-in period at the Camp Nou, with a particular emphasis on his Blaugrana teammates.
And the explosive attacker, as cited by Mundo Deportivo, went on to name goalkeeper Joan García as the Barca star with whom he has built the best relationship.
