Chelsea are among the possible last-minute transfer options for Barcelona forward Ansu Fati, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be a fan of the Spanish international, who has also had interest from Premier League rivals Tottenham.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Tottenham made contact to know more about the player’s current situation heading into the final few days of the summer transfer window.
Fati would not play in the Champions League with a move to Chelsea but could have a more prominent role at Stamford Bridge than under Xavi Hernández. Borussia Dortmund have also been mentioned as another potential destination.
The player’s agent, Jorge Mendes, will work over the next couple of days to find a club that satisfies the interests of all, including Barça.
