Al Sadd have announced the signing of Spanish midfielder Santi Cazorla from Villarreal.
The 35-year-old will fly to Qatar to complete his move ahead of joining his new club coached by former Spanish international teammate Xavi Hernandez.
Cazorla made his last La Liga appearance for Villarreal on Sunday in a 4-0 home win over Eibar.
