Speaking to Real Madrid TV, head coach Zinedine Zidane appeared content with the club’s return to training at Valdebebas.
“I’m happy to return to training with my players, after almost 60 days. We’re all delighted to be back at Valdebebas. The players have worked very hard at home and all came back in great shape and that’s important.”
“I like training, but playing is better. This week has been good because we can now work in small groups, and do more tactical and technical work. I hope the players get to play again. We have to remain positive. We’re going to prepare really well for the run-in. There are 11 games to play, and the most important thing is to win something. That’s the DNA of this club: trying to win things.“
