Speaking to Movistar after his Barcelona side drew 1-1 with Sevilla, Xavi Hernández admitted he was proud of his players.
“We dropped two points… We deserved to win. 11 versus 11 we were good too. The team is growing and we’ve improved in a lot of aspects. We played well and deserved to win. Gavi had a great chance, Ousmane hit one off the post too. We have things to improve on but I’m proud of this team. We’re going about things in the right way. We have pure wingers and Ansu will come back. Dembélé had a great game. The worst thing is the result tonight but the performance was good.”
