An explanation for the absence of Kylian Mbappé from Real Madrid training on Tuesday has been forthcoming online.
For those who may have missed it, frontman Mbappé set alarm bells sounding across the Real Madrid fanbase earlier today.
As much came after it was revealed that the Frenchman had played no part in group training alongside the rest of Carlo Ancelotti’s squad at Valdebebas.
Just 24 hours out from a Copa del Rey semi-final meeting with Real Sociedad, fears surrounding a potential injury for Mbappé in turn began to spread.
Any such concerns, however, have this afternoon been quelled.
This comes amid confirmation that, in fact, Mbappé’s absence on Tuesday had nothing to do with an injury.
Instead, as revealed by Blancos insider Melchor Ruiz of Cope, the summer arrival in Spain’s capital was suffering the after effects of a dental treatment.
More specifically, Mbappé is understood to have had a tooth extracted on Monday.
