West Ham star Lucas Paquetá using Vinícius Jr’s house for injury recovery

West Ham United star Lucas Paquetá is making use of the facilities at the home of compatriot Vinícius Jr. to step up his recovery from injury.

Midfielder Paquetá is sidelined at present, after suffering a calf injury during West Ham’s FA Cup meeting with Bristol City earlier this month.

Initial reports pointed towards the former AC Milan man being set for an extended spell out of action, in what would mark a heavy blow for all associated with David Moyes’ squad.

If the latest social media activity on Paquetá’s part is anything to go by, however, then the 26-year-old may in fact already be inching towards a return to the pitch.

Taking to his official X account on Wednesday, Paquetá unveiled a series of videos, showing him hard at work in the gym.

Interestingly, it has since been noted that the facilities in question are located in the home of Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr.

Wide-man Vinícius is known to be a close friend of the Hammers star, owing to their shared time with both Flamengo, and the Brazilian national team.

In turn, he is evidently keen to do his part in aiding Paquetá’s recovery, as showcased in the footage below:
