A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga outfit Girona is the subject of an ongoing transfer push on the part of West Ham United.
That’s according to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, who points towards Arnau Martínez as the player in question.
Martínez, for his part, is fresh off a solid individual campaign in 2024/25.
Despite Girona’s collective struggles to replicate their historic form the season prior, the 22-year-old continued to impress from his berth at right-back.
All told, in La Liga, Martínez racked up 32 appearances, chipping in with two goals and two assists along the way.
And the Spaniard’s efforts in helping Girona to avoid relegation, as alluded to above, evidently did not go unnoticed in the Premier League…

‘West Ham are in talks to sign Arnau Martínez, who has a release clause of 14 million euros.’
