Footage stemming from the training ground of La Liga giants Real Madrid is no doubt set to pique the attentions of the club’s supporters on Friday.
This comes after two members of Los Blancos’ summer recruitment drive were spotted going head-to-head in a drill between ranks.
The pair in question? Álvaro Carreras, and Franco Mastantuono.
Youngster Mastantuono is of course fresh off being unveiled as a Real Madrid player on Thursday.
The Argentine international, in turn, linked up with his new teammates at Valdebebas for the first time earlier today.
And as alluded to above, at one point during the morning’s training session, Mastantuono found himself facing off with a fellow summer arrival in Spain’s capital.
Already with two weeks of training under the watch of Xabi Alonso under his belt, left-back Álvaro Carreras was tasked with keeping tabs on his new teammate during a team drill.
