Footage of former Real Madrid star Toni Kroos has piqued attentions across the fanbase of the capital club on Saturday.
This comes after the retired midfielder showed that he’s still got it, in finding the net for Real Madrid Leyendas.
Some of Los Blancos’ finest ever reconvened this weekend, for the latest edition of the ‘Corazón Classic Match’.
The matchup sees legends from Real Madrid and Bundesliga heavyweights Borussia Dortmund lock horns, to raise funds for charitable causes.
When all was said and done at the Santiago Bernabéu this time round, the spoils were shared, owing to a 3-3 stalemate.
And the undisputed highlight in the eyes of many in attendance, no doubt, came upon the aforementioned Toni Kroos adding his name to the scoresheet.
After Real Madrid won a penalty, the German was pushed by his teammates to take responsibility from 12 yards.
And after finally agreeing, Kroos went on to slot home in typically confident fashion.
