An iconic figure at La Liga giants Real Madrid was spotted in the stands at the club’s most recent outing.
The individual in question? Zinedine Zidane.
Real Madrid were of course back in action on Wednesday evening, playing host to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City in a Champions League clash.
When all was said and done, Los Blancos found themselves defeated for the 2nd outing in succession, on this occasion by two goals to one.
As much has seen the pressure continue to mount on the shoulders of the under-fire Xabi Alonso, who is now actively fighting to save his job.
Those of a Real Madrid persuasion will in turn no doubt be interested to learn of one of those tipped by some as a potential successor to Alonso being spotted amongst the Bernabéu crowd.
