The latest incoming addition to La Liga giants Barcelona’s attacking ranks has on Friday touched down in the city to sign his contract.
The player in question? Roony Bardghji.
The name of wide-man Bardghji has of course proven a prominent one in the headlines surrounding Barcelona for several weeks now.
This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that the Blaugrana had made the call to move ahead with the Swedish youth international’s signing.
Ahead of the expiration of his contract with Copenhagen later this year, Deco and co, in turn, worked out a cut-price deal late last month.
And as alluded to above, on Friday, the move’s official completion has moved a step closer.
As showcased in the footage below, Bardghji has landed in Catalunya’s capital ahead of travelling to Barcelona’s headquarters to sign his contract.
Approached by reporters outside the airport, the 19-year-old assured:
“I’m thrilled to sign with Barça, it’s a dream come true.”
