A trio of first-team players were on Thursday subjected to the ‘tunnel of slaps’ at the training ground of La Liga giants Barcelona.
The stars in question? Raphinha, Ferran Torres, and Pedro ‘Dro’ Fernández.
Barcelona are of course fresh off kicking into gear preparations for the most high-profile fixture of the club’s season to date.
This comes ahead of a showdown with arch rivals Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu this weekend.
On Thursday, Hansi Flick’s squad reconvened at the Ciutat Esportiva, to ramp things up following a post-Olympiacos recovery session on Wednesday.
And it was at the outset of as much that the aforementioned trio of players were at the heart of a long-term tradition in Catalunya’s capital.
As showcased below, Raphinha, Ferran Torres and ‘Dro’ made their way through a tunnel of slaps on the part of the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad this morning.
In the case of the former pair, as much comes owing to their respective returns to group training, whilst for youngster Dro, it came as recognition for his Champions League bow.
