Villarreal star on the verge of €50m Premier League move

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Villarreal is closing on a move to England, with Crystal Palace.

That’s according to market insider Fabrizio Romano, who points towards Yeremy Pino as the player in question.

Palace, for their part, are currently on the lookout for reinforcements in the final third.

This comes after the Eagles were forced to bid farewell to star creator Eberechi Eze, who last week linked up with London rivals Arsenal.

Those behind the scenes at Selhurst Park had long been credited with an interest in the aforementioned Pino, fresh off another fine season in 2024/25.

And if the latest word stemming from the media on Tuesday is anything to go by, then Palace now look closer than ever to securing a deal for the Spanish international.

As per a report fom journalist Fabrizio Romano:

‘Crystal Palace are in advanced talks to sign Yeremy Pino from Villarreal, exclusive story from last week confirmed. Negotiations underway between clubs to get the deal done asap, Crystal Palace pushing. Fee could be close to €50m.’
