Video: Barcelona stars’ amusing reaction to abusive PSG fan chants

Footage stemming from the buildup to last night’s showdown between Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain has piqued widespread attentions online late this evening.

As much comes after a number of the former’s stars were spotted reacting to a round of abusive chants on the part of the home crowd at the Parc des Princes.

Barca, of course, are fresh off putting PSG to the sword on Wednesday.

Owing to a double on the part of Raphinha, and ensuing header courtesy of substitute Andreas Christensen, Xavi’s troops departed France’s capital with a 3-2 advantage to take back to Catalunya for next week’s Champions League quarter-final return leg.

The Blaugrana’s stars, to their credit, widely impressed across the 90 minutes in Paris, looking largely unfazed by the atmosphere inside the Parc des Princes.

And, as alluded to above, a similar attitude was conveyed by several members of Xavi’s squad prior to kick-off, too.

As Barcelona’s players took to the pitch hours before the action got underway on Wednesday, chants of ‘Puta Barca, Puta Barca’ were heard raining down from the stands.

The likes of Ferran Torres, Héctor Fort and Pau Cubarsí, though, evidently managed to see the funny side of things…
