Three members of the first-team ranks at La Liga outfit Valencia played no part in group training on Wednesday morning.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have provided an insight into the latest developments at the Paterna Sports City.
Valencia are currently in the thick of preparations for a testing fixture this weekend, when Los Che will welcome Villarreal to Mestalla for a La Liga clash.
Carlos Corberan’s troops head into the matchup desperate for a positive result, amid a run of just two points secured from an available 12.
As alluded to above, though, in efforts towards as much, Valencia could well be forced to make do without a trio of players once more.
As per a report from MD, at the Paterna Sports City this morning:
‘Dimitri Foulquier and Filip Ugrinic were again absent from the session. The full-back and midfielder remain sidelined, while José Copete treated the thigh injury he suffered in the last match against Alavés.’
