La Liga outfit Valencia have on Thursday been afforded a double boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that both Hugo Duro and Pepelu have returned to group training alongside the rest of Los Che’s squad.
Valencia are currently in the midst of final preparations for a return to action this weekend.
After making short work of Maracena in the Copa del Rey in midweek, Carlos Corberan’s troops will turn focus back towards matters in La Liga, in a meeting with table-topping Real Madrid.
And two days out from the fixture, the visitors to Spain’s capital have been afforded some positive news.
As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, Hugo Duro and Pepelu have been given the medical green light to rejoin group activities on the training ground.
Frontman Duro suffered a heavy blow en route to victory over Maracena on Tuesday, but has since been cleared, whilst midfielder Pepelu missed out altogether in the cup, but also managed to complete the full session this morning.
Both players, as a result, are expected to be called up to face Real Madrid.
