The squad of players called upon by the coaching staff at La Liga giants Real Madrid for the club’s next outing has been unveiled online.
And it features a pair of returning midfield stars.
Los Blancos are primed to kick their campaign back into gear on Saturday evening, in a La Liga meeting with Valencia. Real head into proceedings fresh off a 7th victory on the bounce in midweek, at the expense of AEK Athens.
José Mourinho made use of the trip to Greece to afford some much-needed rest to some of his stars, with Arda Güler and Aurélien Tchouaméni having been left in Spain’s capital.
Both, as expected, have in turn been restored to Mourinho’s ranks to face Valencia on Saturday, expected to secure respective starting berths.
Vinícius Jr, on the other hand, drops out once again, ahead of serving the final game of his domestic ban.
