Two injured Real Madrid stars spotted back training on the grass

La Liga giants Real Madrid have this week been afforded a fresh double boost on the personnel front.

This comes amid confirmation that both Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dani Carvajal have been given the green light to return to the grass.

Defenders Alexander-Arnold and Carvajal have of course spent recent weeks sidelined with respective injury problems.

In the case of the former, he is dealing with a hamstring issue, whilst veteran Carvajal recently picked up a calf complaint.

Such developments have left Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso without a single natural senior right-back at his disposal.

With Los Blancos primed to return to action this weekend, and an El Clásico showdown with Barcelona just around the corner, all associated with the club will in turn no doubt be delighted with the latest word stemming from Valdebebas.
