Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has taken to social media on Sunday, to reveal his appreciation for the latest efforts of fellow countryman Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham, of course, took his place front and centre in the headlines in Spain once more late last night.
This came owing to the latest starring display on the part of the 20-year-old, who bagged a brace en route to Real Madrid’s eventual 4-0 drubbing of La Liga title rivals Girona.
Bellingham, unfortunately, has since been ruled out for the coming weeks owing to injury, but his brilliance has nevertheless continued to be recognised across the day to date, amid what has proven a frankly remarkable debut campaign in La Liga.
His latest haul on Saturday saw Bellingham take his tally for the campaign to a whopping 20 goals, to go alongside eight assists.
And, as alluded to above, joining the chorus of praise for the former Borussia Dortmund man this morning was Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Defender Alexander-Arnold is of course an international teammate of Bellingham’s, with Gareth Southgate’s England.
In turn, taking to the comments section of the midfielder’s latest post on Instagram, TAA unveiled a simple three-word message:
‘Big game player’
