Real Madrid star Thibaut Courtois has moved to lavish praise on Blancos teammate Kylian Mbappé.
This of course comes fresh off the Frenchman’s latest standout display on Wednesday.
Real Madrid were back in action two nights ago, making the trip to Bilbao for a La Liga meeting with Athletic Club.
And Mbappé, in from the off at San Mamés, went on to prove himself the star of the show…
After opening the scoring in spectacular fashion, the 26-year-old laid on an assist for Eduardo Camavinga, before rounding things out with the final goal of the affair during the 2nd-half.
This kept alive what has been nothing short of a remarkable run of form in front of goal for Mbappé.
And as alluded to above, one individual who could not help but be impressed by such exploits was teammate Thibaut Courtois.
Speaking to the media in the aftermath of his side’s much-needed return to winning ways, shot-stopper Courtois explained:
“Kylian Mbappé is unstoppable. In a moment during the match, I said to myself woah, how lucky am I to play with him and not have to face him except with France. Kylian is on another level.”
