Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick is mulling over a number of high-profile alterations to his XI to face Valencia this weekend.
This comes owing to the ongoing fitness problems in his squad.
As per a report from Diario Sport, three or four changes are expected in Barca’s line-up on Sunday.
The first will come at left-back, where Gerard Martín is primed to step in in place of the sidelined Alejandro Balde.
The respective absences of Gavi and Frenkie de Jong, meanwhile, open the door for Marc Casadó to partner Pedri at the base of midfield.
Moving further forward, Robert Lewandowski is pushing hard for his first starting berth of the term, which could well come at the expense of Ferran Torres against Valencia.
And there is also concern when it comes to the readiness of Raphinha to feature from the off, ahead of a long and late trip back from South America.
In turn, Marcus Rashford is being readied for a start on the left flank.
