A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Sevilla is attracting transfer interest by way of the Saudi Pro League.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, citing ABC, who point towards Dodi Lukébakio as the player in question.
Wide-man Lukébakio is for his part fresh off a solid campaign in Nervión.
All told, the Belgian international played some part in every one of Sevilla’s fixtures in Spain’s top-flight.
And though his production fell off over the term’s final months, Lukébakio nevertheless managed an impressive haul of 11 goals and two assists.
Such endeavours have long given rise to speculation surrounding the 27-year-old’s future, with Sevilla in need of sales this summer.
And as alluded to above, late this week, a new suitor are understood to have positioned themselves in the race for Lukébakio’s services.
As per a report from MD:
‘The Belgian has attracted the attention of several financially powerful clubs, and according to ABC, Saudi Arabia’s Al Qadsiah are keen to make a strong bid for him. Al Qadsiah are reportedly willing to put around 40 million euros on the table, a figure that would satisfy Sevilla’s expectations.’
