La Liga outfit Sevilla welcomed a pair of players back into group training on Thursday morning.
That’s according to Marca, who point towards Alfon González and César Azpilicueta as the pair in question.
Winger Alfon and defender Azpilicueta were both forced to sit out training at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Sports City over recent days.
This came owing to respective fitness concerns to have flared up in the aftermath of Sevilla’s weekend defeat at the hands of Atlético Madrid.
As alluded to above, though, earlier today, both players were both in the thick of things alongside the rest of Matías Almeyda’s squad.
The expectation, in turn, is that Alfon and ‘Azpi’ will be available to play their part against Osasuna this coming Saturday.
Sevilla head into their final outing ahead of the November international break desperate for a return to winning ways.
This comes with the Nervionenses, since putting champions Barcelona to the sword early last month, having fallen to a trio of successive La Liga defeats.
