A number of leading clubs from English football’s top-flight are keeping a close eye on the situation of Real Madrid star Trent Alexander-Arnold at present. This comes with a view to a potential winter move for his signature.
Defender Alexander-Arnold’s name has reemerged as a prominent one in the media chatter surrounding Real Madrid over recent weeks.
Following a challenging opening to the new campaign, which has seen Denzel Dumfries and even Federico Valverde favoured to him at right-back, it has been murmured that the 28-year-old has become unsettled at the Santiago Bernabéu.
Still held in high regard back in his home country, interest in Alexander-Arnold’s signing is therefore beginning to mount. As per a report from Marca:
‘Several clubs, especially from England, are already showing interest in his situation and exploring the possibility of acquiring his services in the winter transfer window.’
It is also noted that, though the situation could change over the coming months, for the time being, TAA is focused only on working his way back into regular minutes in the colours of Real Madrid.
