Those behind the scenes at La Liga champions Barcelona have been left fully satisfied with the recent performances conjured up by on-loan star Héctor Fort.
This comes as the young defender’s prominence grows at current club Elche.
Full-back Fort departed Barcelona for Elche over the summer, after being made aware that game time would be tough to come by in Catalunya’s capital this season.
The 19-year-old went on to endure a tough start to life in Alicante, but recent weeks have seen Fort turn things around in impressive fashion.
From his berth as a wing-back, the Spaniard has turned heads with his endeavours along the right, particularly in the attacking third.
Just this week, Fort notched his first goal in Elche colours, a last-gasp winner to send the Franjiverdes into the 3rd round of the Copa del Rey.
And such endeavours, as alluded to above, have not gone unnoticed back at the Spotify Camp Nou.
As per a report from Diario Sport:
‘Barcelona are pleased to witness the performance of their loan player. Especially Bojan, who is in charge of monitoring the players who are on loan.’
A final decision on Fort’s potential Blaugrana comeback for next season is yet to be made, but the starlet is doing his chances of as much no harm with his recent form.
