AS have produced a piece outlining Real Madrid midfielder Reinier’s time at Borussia Dortmund this season.
So far this campaign, the attacking midfielder has played just 136 minutes for the Bundesliga club following his loan move from Madrid.
The 19-year-old barely featured under former head coach Lucien Favre and his situation hasn’t changed under new coach Edin Terzic, who replaced Favre at the end of 2020. He has yet to make his debut under the new coach and has been struggling to get into matchday squads.
According to AS, Real Valladolid were interested in bringing him back to LaLiga, submitting an offer to take him on loan but Reinier turned the opportunity to join Ronaldo’s club down in favour of battling to win his place at Dortmund.
