Real Valladolid reject offers from Espanyol and St Étienne for striker Marcos André

Real Valladolid have rejected offers from Espanyol and St Étienne for striker Marcos André, according to AS.

The Brazilian spent last season on loan to Segunda Division side Mirandes, where he notched 11 goals. Valladolid are counting on him for the 2020/21 campaign and have rejected an offer from Espanyol (€5m) and Ligue 1 side St Étienne (€6m). The 23-year-old’s contract runs until 2023 with the Castilian club, who expect to sell defender Mohammed Salisu to Southampton this summer.
