La Liga outfit Real Sociedad have on Tuesday reached an agreement on the personal terms of a contract with a member of the defensive ranks at Brighton & Hove Albion.
That’s according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who highlights Igor as the player in question.
It has long been common knowledge in Spain that those behind the scenes at Real Sociedad are on the lookout for reinforcements at the back with a view to next season.
Specifically, following the departure of Nayef Aguerd, a new centre-back is being targeted.
A whole host of players from across the continent, in turn, have been tipped as potential targets for the Basque outfit.
And as alluded to above, this week, La Real have taken a significant step towards the signing of one such star.
As per a report from journalist Fabrizio Romano, citing info on the part of Charlie Parker-Turner:
‘Real Sociedad and Igor have agreed personal terms as Brazilian defender is keen on the move. Negotiations ongoing between clubs.’
