Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has early this week revealed a gift sent to him by Lauren James.
The gift in question comes in the form of a personalised pair of football boots.
Taking to his official Instagram account, Vinícius unveiled a photo of the boots in question, alongside a thank you message for the aforementioned Lauren James.
James, for her part, is a star performer for Chelsea’s Women’s team, as well as being the sister of Blues captain and defender Reece James.
Turning focus back towards matters on the pitch, Vinícius will for his part be hopeful of playing a leading role for Real Madrid on Tuesday night.
Xabi Alonso’s troops are primed to play their part in the headline fixture of the Champions League gameweek tomorrow, when they make the trip to Anfield to take on Arne Slot’s Liverpool.
Wide-man Vinícius, meanwhile, will be eyeing a return to the scoresheet, after fluffing his lines from the penalty spot for the latest occasion against Valencia on Sunday.
