La Liga giants Real Madrid have sent a proposal the way of Granada, to sign a highly-regarded member of the club’s backline.
That’s according to Marca, who point towards Oscar Naasei as the player in question.
Oscar, for his part, is a 20-year-old defender, who generally lines out in a central role.
The Ghanaian has long been hailed for his physical gifts, as well as his impressive leadership qualities, befitting of a player much his senior.
And such talents, as alluded to above, have already piqued attentions at one of Spanish football’s leading clubs.
As per a report from Marca:
‘Real Madrid have set their sights on the Ghanaian to strengthen their reserve team. The Whites’ proposal is on Granada’s table.’
The Granada board, however, have no intention of sanctioning a sale this summer.
In fact, in an effort to stave off the mounting interest in Oscar’s signature, the Nazaríes are ready to offer the youngster a new-and-improved contract, as well as a prominent role at senior level next season.
