Real Madrid summer signing Franco Mastantuono has revealed the identity of the player who has surprised him most since his arrival in Spain’s capital.
Youngster Mastantuono is for his part of course fresh off an evening to remember on Tuesday.
Afforded his latest start in the colours of Real Madrid in a La Liga meeting with Levante, the Argentine went on to open his account in style.
Slipped in down the right flank, Mastantuono did superbly to work the ball onto his right foot, before picking out the roof of the net.
This built upon what has been a hugely encouraging start to life in Spain for the Blancos summer signing.
Post-match on Tuesday, Mastantuono, in turn, was drawn on a number of topics surrounding his new surroundings.
One such question saw the 18-year-old asked to name the teammate who has left the biggest impression on him since linking up with Xabi Alonso’s squad.
And Mastantuono went on to explain:
“Jude Bellingham caught my attention the most. He has a presence and a level of authority I’ve never seen before”.
