Real Madrid summer signing Franco Mastantuono made clear his commitment to the cause in Spain’s capital on Friday morning.
This came by way of an early arrival for his first day of pre-season training.
The name of youngster Mastantuono has of course taken its place centre stage in the headlines surrounding Real Madrid over the last 24 hours.
This comes after the 18-year-old, following his signing from River Plate earlier this summer, was finally presented in front of the media in Blancos colours.
Mastantuono, despite his tender years and inexperience at the top level of European football, is expected to play a prominent role in Xabi Alonso’s XI this season.
And as alluded to above, on Friday, the Argentine international took his first step in convincing his new manager of his full and complete commitment to matters at Real Madrid.
Mastantuono was one of the very first Blancos players to arrive at Valdebebas this morning, over two hours before training was scheduled to start.
