La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Tuesday been afforded some altogether positive news on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that Jude Bellingham is not facing up to any form of sanction, for his actions late in Saturday’s Copa del Rey final.
Midfielder Bellingham, for his part, was one of three Real Madrid players shown a red card during the closing exchanges of Los Blancos’ latest defeat to Barcelona.
This of course came amid a heated string of exchanges between Carlo Ancelotti’s players, and the team of officials.
Real stars Antonio Rüdiger and Lucas Vázquez have in turn been hit with bans, with the former facing up to six games away from the pitch, and the latter two games.
Bellingham, however, will not miss even a single fixture.
As confirmed by COPE:
‘Bellingham’s red card has been revoked. The midfielder will not be sanctioned. Real Madrid’s appeal is therefore successful, thanks to the images presented by the Whites.’
