Real Madrid star wanted at Marseille in January

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has emerged as a winter transfer target for French giants Olympique Marseille.

That’s according to ESPN, who point towards Endrick as the player in question.

The subject of youngster Endrick’s future has of course emerged as an increasingly prominent one in the headlines in Spain’s capital of late.

This comes as the Brazilian continues to toil in efforts to carve out game time for himself in Xabi Alonso’s squad.

After spending the early weeks of the season sidelined through, injury, Endrick has not been afforded a single minute on the pitch since recovering fitness.

Ahead of next summer’s World Cup, the understanding is that the goalscorer could therefore seek out opportunities elsewhere following the turn of the year.

And one such option could present themselves in the form of the aforementioned Marseille.

As confirmed by ESPN, the Ligue 1 outfit are expressing a keen interest in bringing Endrick in on loan for the 2nd half of the campaign.

It now remains to be seen if this interest is mutual…
