Real Madrid star to pull Lamine Yamal aside for talks after Barcelona showdown

A leading member of the defensive ranks at La Liga leaders Real Madrid intends to pull Lamine Yamal to one side, in the aftermath of his side’s upcoming showdown with Barcelona.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who highlight Dani Carvajal as the Blancos star in question.

Lamine has of course taken his place front and centre in the headlines across all of Spain over the course of the day to date.

This comes after the 18-year-old, ahead of this weekend’s first Clásico of the campaign, publicly stated his belief that Real Madrid are guilty of ‘stealing and complaining’.

Such comments are understood to have gone down predictably poorly behind the scenes at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Los Blancos’ players, staff and board alike, it is claimed, consider as much to have been both ‘stupid’ and ‘disrespectful’.

And this is a stance which will be made clear to Lamine himself post-match on Sunday.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have revealed that:

‘Real Madrid intend to speak with the Barça player. It will be captain Daniel Carvajal who will do so once Sunday’s match at the Santiago Bernabéu concludes.’
