Real Madrid star reveals bizarre tattoo plans if Spain win World Cup

Real Madrid summer signing Marc Cucurella has revealed his intention to immortalise Spain’s triumph at the World Cup on his skin, in the case of La Roja defeating Argentina this weekend.

Luis de la Fuente’s troops are of course fresh off booking their spot in the most high-profile fixture in international football, earlier this week.

After locking horns with European rivals France in a semi-final clash, Spain thanked goals on the part of Mikel Oyarzabal and Pedro Porro for an eventual 2-0 triumph.

A World Cup showpiece meeting with reigning champions Argentina therefore lies in wait for the Spanish on Sunday.

The aforementioned Marc Cucurella – in the midst of a stellar individual tournament to date – will be expected to feature from the off in the fixture once again.

And should he and his teammates get the better of Lionel Messi and co, the former Chelsea man intends to pay tribute to their beloved head coach.

Speaking to the media this week, Cucurella confirmed:

“If we win the World Cup, I will tattoo Luis de la Fuente’s face on my body!”
