A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid saw his latest performance aptly recognised by the club’s supporters on Wednesday.
The player in question? Arda Güler.
Youngster Arda was for his part of course in from the off once more this evening.
This came as Real Madrid turned focus back towards matters in Europe, by way of a Champions League showdown with Italian heavyweights Juventus.
When all was said and done in a hard-fought affair, Los Blancos emerged triumphant, courtesy of a solitary strike on the part of Jude Bellingham.
It was another member of Xabi Alonso’s squad, in the aforementioned Arda, though, who took the majority of the plaudits.
Youngster Arda was in top form throughout his time on the pitch against Juventus, controlling things with guile and poise from his berth in the middle of the park.
