Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé on Saturday presented a pair of recent trophies afforded to him in front of the club’s supporters.
The first was the European Golden Boot. After racking up 31 goals across his debut season in La Liga, frontman Mbappé was this week at last handed his award.
And this was swiftly followed by a 2nd accolade, in the form of the La Liga Player of the Month for October.
Ahead of Real Madrid taking to the pitch for a meeting with Valencia on Saturday night, the Frenchman therefore took his place in front of the adoring Blancos faithful to celebrate:
Mbappé will for his part be hopeful of adding to his haul of 11 league goals across the season to date against Valencia this evening.
Flying high following a 2-1 downing of arch rivals Barcelona last weekend, Real Madrid headed into the matchup in the knowledge that another victory will guide them seven points clear of 2nd-placed Villarreal in the La Liga table.
