A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid over the weekend linked up with some of his former teammates, to enjoy a dressing room celebration.
The player in question? Dean Huijsen.
Stopper Huijsen of course linked up with Real Madrid this past summer, in a big-money move from Bournemouth.
Prior to as much, though, the youngster previously spent considerable time on the books of another Spanish outfit.
Between 2015 and 2021, Huijsen learned his trade in the youth ranks of Málaga CF.
And as alluded to above, the 20-year-old evidently maintains a strong connection with his former employers at La Rosaleda.
Málaga were back in action on Sunday, playing host to Deportivo La Coruña in a leaguec clash.
Huijsen was for his part in attendance at the matchup, watching on from the stands across the 90 minutes.
And after being left delighted by a 3-0 Málaga triumph, the Spanish international made his way to the dressing room post-match, to celebrate with the hosts’ squad:
