Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona planning pre-season tournament

Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona are in talks over a pre-season tournament that would take place in the United States this coming summer, according to ESPN.

The three clubs who were in favour of the European Super League are looking for new revenue streams and a series of friendlies in the US is one way they can recoup some much-needed finance post-pandemic.

They have also reportedly approached AC Milan about the possibility of being the fourth team in the tournament.

Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus are the only clubs who are still pushing for a European Super League. It’s believed that the tournament would take place on the west coast of the US.
