La Liga giants Real Madrid could take advantage of a trio of cut-price buyback clauses to reinforce their first-team ranks for next season.
This comes amid confirmation that Los Blancos are keeping a close eye on the situations of all of Nico Paz, Jacobo Ramón, and Víctor Muñoz.
All three, of course, previously spent time developing in Real’s famed Castilla academy.
The former pair went on to link up with Serie A outfit Como, with the call having already been made to activate youngster Paz’s €9 million buyback option.
Defender Ramon, meanwhile, is also fresh off a fine season in Italy. The lack of options at the heart of defence in Madrid could in turn convince the Bernabéu hierarchy to make use of his bargain €6 million clause.
And last up comes attacker Muñoz. After a solitary season plying his trade with Osasuna, the 22-year-old is now an established Spanish international, considered one of the standout wingers in La Liga.
Real Madrid activating their €8 million option to bring Muñoz back for next season is therefore considered a real possibility.
As per Marca, incoming manager José Mourinho’s squad could in turn be reinforced in three important positions, for a total of just €23 million.
