A member of the defensive ranks at La Liga outfit Rayo Vallecano has made his way onto the transfer radar of a number of English top-flight clubs.
That’s according to El Chiringuito TV, who highlight Pep Chavarría as the player in question.
Defender Chavarría has for his part spent the season to date continuing to shine on the books of the aforementioned Rayo.
Playing his part in each and every one of the capital side’s La Liga fixtures, the 27-year-old has notched a goal and two assists from his berth at left-back.
Often overlooked owing to the excellence of Andrei Rațiu on the opposite flank, Chavarría has long stood as an impressive performer in Iñigo Pérez’s squad.
And such exploits, as alluded to above, have begun to turn heads across the English football landscape.
