Barcelona star Raphinha has admitted that he and the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad were left nothing short of amazed by the brilliance of teammate Lamine Yamal on Sunday.
This comes after the 18-year-old conjured up his latest moment of individual magic.
Barcelona were of course back in action earlier today, welcoming Real Oviedo to the Camp Nou for a La Liga clash.
When all was said and done, the Blaugrana emerged on the right side of a 3-0 result, to retake their place atop the table.
The aforementioned Lamine featured from the off in the matchup, and was responsible for the moment of the evening.
After the ball was cleverly clipped his way by Dani Olmo, the Spanish international directed a sumptuous first-time volley into the far corner.
Those in the stands around the Camp Nou immediately rose to their feet to applaud just the latest show of world-class talent on the part of their side’s young winger.
And as alluded to above, left equally awestruck were those on the bench…
Speaking to the media following the full-time whistle in Catalunya, Barca standout Raphinha admitted:
“Lamine? A legendary goal, amazing. We on the bench were stunned, it was an amazing goal! The most important thing is that we won the match and got the three points to take back home.”
