This came courtesy of a gesture in the aftermath of the Frenchman’s 4th goal of the evening.
Real Madrid are of course currently locked in action on the continent, in a Champions League meeting with Greek heavyweights Olympiacos.
And despite looking shaky at the back, Los Blancos’ attacking brilliance has guided them towards what looks likely to be a first victory in four.
The aforementioned Kylian Mbappé has proven himself the star of the show, notching every one of the visitors’ four goals to date.
Vinícius Jr, though, has also been in electric form, laying on a pair of wonderful assists, and seeing a goal of his own ruled out for offside.
And it was in the aftermath of his 2nd assist that the Brazilian moved to shut down the ongoing questions regarding his commitment to his teammates in Spain’s capital.
