Barcelona’s first-team stars were on Sunday reunited with former teammate Héctor Fort.
This came ahead of kick-off in the Blaugrana’s meeting with Elche.
Defender Fort for his part brought a temporary close to his Barcelona stint over the summer, in linking up with newly-promoted Elche on loan for the season.
The youngster has since gone on to endure something of a hit-and-miss time of things with the Franjiverdes, notching just three La Liga appearances.
After recovering from a recent injury problem, though, Fort was on Sunday called up to face his parent club.
Ahead of kick-off at Montjuïc, he was therefore reunited with Hansi Flick’s squad.
As showcased in the photo below, Fort was greeted warmly by his friends and ex-teammates, who embraced the 19-year-old to make clear that he still has a home in Catalunya’s capital.
Unfortunately, for the full-back’s current teammates, however, they have since fallen into an early two-goal hole at the hands of Barcelona.
