A photo stemming from the buildup to Spain’s showdown with England on Saturday evening has gone viral amongst those of a Barcelona persuasion.
This comes after Blaugrana summer signing Anthony Gordon was reunited with a whole host of his teammates at club level.
The headline fixture of the evening in the Nations League is currently being contested at Wembley Stadium. After avoiding crossing paths at the World Cup this past summer, champions Spain have made the trip to England to lock horns with Thomas Tuchel’s semi-finalists.
The fixture sees a whole host of headline players from across the world of football convene in the English capital, with several such stars, as alluded to above, coming from Hansi Flick’s Barcelona squad.
Ahead of kick-off on Saturday evening, Barca summer signing Anthony Gordon took to the Wembley pitch, alongside his Three Lions teammates.
And once there, he was greeted by a number of fellow Blaugrana stars, including Pedri, Dani Olmo and Eric García:
