Pacheta set to become new Villarreal head coach

Villarreal have already decided on Quique Setién’s replacement. AS report that Pacheta is set to become the Yellow Submarine’s new coach.

Real Madrid Castilla boss Raúl was one of the early favourites for the role, however, there has been a delay in response from the former Real Madrid player, and Villarreal did not want to wait any longer to make the decision.

The Castellón club reportedly want the tactician from Burgos to be in charge of the squad as quickly as possible to prepare for the upcoming match against Almería. According to Relevo, he will sign a one-year deal with the La Liga outfit.
