Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has this week moved to lavish praise on a member of his attacking ranks.
The player in question? Raphinha.
Wide-man Raphinha was for his part of course in from the off for the 2nd outing in succession on Tuesday evening, as Barcelona locked horns with Atlético Madrid in a crunch La Liga clash.
And en route to an eventual 3-1 Blaugrana triumph, the Brazilian provided a fresh reminder of his massive importance to the cause in Catalunya’s capital.
Raphinha was responsible for dragging his side level during the first-half, amid a stellar all-round display.
And as alluded to above, more than appreciative of such efforts was manager Hansi Flick.
Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle at the Spotify Camp Nou, Barcelona’s headmaster was full of praise for his attacking standout:
“It’s incredible to have Raphinha back. He is one of our most important players.”
