A head-turning statistic has on Sunday come to the fore online, highlighting the recent brilliance being enjoyed by Barcelona star Fermín López.
This comes after the 22-year-old’s latest round of goal contributions in Blaugrana colours.
Barcelona are of course currently locked in action on the La Liga front, in a meeting with newly-promoted Elche.
Fermín was for his part in from the off for the fixture, just rewards for a fine recent stretch of form.
And as alluded to above, it did not take the attacking midfielder at all long to make his impact firmly felt once more.
First, Fermín laid on a fine assist for Ferran Torres to double Barca’s lead early on. And the Spanish international was back at it again just beyond the hour mark, picking out Marcus Rashford for his 2nd assist of the evening.
Following a hat-trick against Olympiacos in the Champions League, and a solitary strike in last weekend’s El Clásico, Fermín has in turn racked up six direct goal contributions in his last three appearances in all competitions.
